Tendr na streaming druhé ligy pro účely kurzového sázení mimo území ČR
Ligová fotbalová asociace vyhlašuje další výběrové řízení v oblasti audiovizuálních práv. Tentokrát jde o tendr na streaming druhé nejvyšší domácí soutěže pro účely kurzového sázení mimo území České republiky.
Licence na streaming druhé nejvyšší domácí soutěže pro účely kurzového sázení mimo území České republiky je soutěžena na dobu následujících pěti sezon, počínaje ročníkem 2024/25 a konče ročníkem 2028/29.
Ligová fotbalová asociace by tímto způsobem chtěla oslovit subjekty, ať už přímo z České republiky, či ze zahraničí, a žádá je o případné vyjádření zájmu. Soutěž je otevřena co nejširšímu okruhu potenciálních zájemců.
Jediným hodnotícím kritériem pro vyhodnocení vítěze je nabízená cena. Soutěž je koncipována jako dvoukolová a lhůta pro podání nabídek do prvního kola soutěže byla stanovena do 8. srpna 2024.
Soutěžní podmínky jsou k dispozici na www.lfafotbal.cz/tendry. Závazný vzor návrh smlouvy pak obdrží každý zájemce, který o to v souladu s výzvou k podání nabídek LFA požádá. Takový zájemce se tímto krokem samozřejmě zavazuje k dodržování povinnosti mlčenlivosti.
LFA nebude až do ukončení soutěže průběh komentovat ani poskytovat médiím žádná další vyjádření.

The League Football Association announces another tender for audiovisual rights. This time it is a tender for streaming the second league for betting purposes outside the Czech Republic.
The licence for streaming the second league for betting purposes outside the Czech Republic is tendered for the next five seasons starting 2024/25 and ending 2028/29.
The League Football Association would like to reach out to entities, either directly from the Czech Republic or from abroad, and is asking them to express their interest. The tender is open to the widest possible range of potential bidders.
The only evaluation criterion for assessing the winner is the price offered. The tender is designed as two rounds, and the deadline to submit the first round’s bids has been set for 8 August 2024.
The tender’s terms and conditions are available at www.lfafotbal.cz/tendry. Bidders who request to bid in accordance with the LFA’s call for bids will then be provided with the binding template of the contract. Such a bidder will, of course, be bound by obligation of confidentiality regarding its content.
The LFA will neither comment on the progress of the tender nor make any further statements to the media until its conclusion.
